Honestly I more nostalgic for the cars I wanted if I just had a bit more money when I was in high school. I paid off my student loan earlier this year so i have zero debt. My housing and other monthly costs are low. I have a 2007 Chevy Tahoe that is paid off with 106k miles. Its worth about 10 12k. I want to trade my truck in and finance the difference, which means i will ideally finance 10k.

I always at 1/500 or higher so I don really need OS/VR and the 2.8 glass is heavy enough that the image in the viewfinder doesn jump around too much so I went older and cheaper on the lens when I realized the 70 300VR wasn going to cut it. If you can spend a bit more, you can get a newer version with OS and the newer ones should also get better wide open with each generation (there four or five versions of the Sigma 70 200/2.8). One weird quirk of my version is the AF locks up and doesn work in video mode but I never shoot video anyway with it because it too jumpy without VR.

We love it. It a 2017 Premium. I thoroughly researched the brand before buying it, and I did not want to write an article until I felt experienced and knowledgeable about what vehicle had to offer. It’s fun and easy to park and since Boston is 90% slow moving traffic the risk of bike accidents goes down Astronomically vs a fast moving city like Austin or Indianapolis. And you’ll get 55 76 mpg.

Non Mini dealerships won’t do a good job servicing your vehicle. I took my car in to a local repair shop to deal with a couple small issues, as well as get an oil change. They couldn’t fix the issues I had with my car, and missed a very critical issue that my dealership found months later. So don’t rely on a non Mini dealership/repair shop to take good car of your vehicle.

There is also the IMSA Weathertech Sportscar Championship, which features GT3 (think GTE but slightly slower and more), GTE (known over there as GTLM), LMP2, and a category called DPi, which features modified LMP2s with new manufacturer aerodynamics and engines. I would tend to disagree while they don set lap times that are that much quicker than a GT3, they much harder to drive faster/better than a GT3. The GT3s are much more forgiving. I was in an IMSA race a week or two ago driving a GT3 and had to contend with GTE drivers who were slower than me in the corners, but (a little) faster on the straights, meaning they try and pass me in the corners, wouldn succeed, get bad exits from the corners then try again on the straight, get alongside me, try and pass, etc etc.

We love it. It a 2017 Premium. Maybe get an older Mazda Miata if you want a sports car. Those are seriously a ton of fun to drive. Take the difference and put it in a mutual fund of some kind and maybe go on a vacation before you enter the workforce. Experiences trump things anyway..

Maybe they will happen, maybe they won It likely depend on the feasibility of actually banning ICE/PHEV vehicles at the time. I suspect those who set 2025 dates will push those back. I suspect those who set 2040 dates might be ok. That said, 20 years of more PHEV and less pure ICE is absolutely a good step and absolutely part of the solutions.

They have long and very happy memories when it comes to the big 8 Series coups of the 1990s, and there was always talk that Bayerische Motoren Werke would revive the Series 8 legacy, reinvent it. My real advice though: It doesn sound like you much of a car person, bfakn.club or really into cars all that much. Will the BMW really bring you enough joy to justify the expense? At 27 with that income you are in your absolute prime years for stashing cash away for retirement and building up savings for a down payment on a house. Get a 2014 economy car for 10 15k that will last you another 10 years while saving like crazy.

Consider the animation when a new card is drawn, for example. It comes out and at the apex of its arc, it slows down quite a bit. PP (previous poster) are right though, you almost definitely have to move up to a 4 door for the post infant seat stage (which can come anywhere from 6 months to over a year depending on your babies’ height and weight. We just like every month we don’t have to pay for a new car. We tried some of the smallest convertible rear facing seats out and like PP (previous poster) said, it’s impossible to buckle them in there when you’re bending over. I do a lot of yoga, and I can’t imagine any way it will be possible. So, within a year, we’re probably in the market for a sedan with a big trunk, unless the minivan disease really takes hold.

Someone eventually pays for it.It was, as the experts here knew, the 12V battery. Replaced on warranty, and all is well.Lingering issue is the battery died in 30 months and 8500 miles. If that an expected life, I hope there a source for non OEM batteries at some point. Near as I can tell, no one else sells a battery that fits/works in the i3.Otherwise, this is a great car.

The charger itself is a $400 $600 item.Some people cheapen this process by using a dryer outlet that already exists in the garage and a slower (lower amperage) L2 charger that plugs into it (for around $300), but that means somewhat slower charging than what the car is capable of.

I would be concerned about keeping a nicer car safe being that your beater already got broken in to. I am a sucker for toys of the four wheeled variety, but maybe it would be better to just buy reliable transportation in cash right now and allocate your income to getting your down payment put together to get in to a house (assuming you’re going to continue to live in the area for a while)Car guy here. A civic is nearly as fast (if you not a car person you won notice the acceleration difference), handles better, and has way more luxury features than a 328i. The only two things the 328i has on a Civic is better ride quality and less road noise. If you actually looking for a car that is fun to drive, you can do much, much better for way less money. But seriously, another note on features, the BMW 3 series fully loaded has a serious lack of luxury features compared to all economy brands: Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, and Kia all have more and better features than 3 series BMWs.

Most of my driving happens close to my house (about 35 miles per day, if I average it out), and the car is pretty much always topped up when I jump into it in the morning.So. should you get an L2 charger? I still say yes, because fast charging is nice.

It virtually impossible due to the electric drivetrain to make an EV version of an ICE model and make the car desirable for the old reasons. The lineup has to be created again and would have to appeal at each price point for new reasons. Acceleration vs top speed, energy efficiency versus track performance, charge speed versus refueling, they can be electric versions of the gas cars. The cars need to appeal to EV people and they will appreciate the longer range for a less luxurious interior. To them the technology is the new luxury, not the wood trims, leather and many buttons. The drivetrain also allows more interior space for a given wheel base that usually determines segments of the market. The rules are different.

Accessories What makes cabinetry these days so different than it was 15 years ago is the interior storage items that are now available. Plate storage, spice pull outs, towel racks, mixer lift outs, and adjustable roll out trays have made cabinetry so much more user friendly and modular. With the imported cabinets, you will be forced to accessorize your storage needs yourself, hoping that the roll out you bought at Lowes fits the cabinet you bought from China. Any storage items that do come with your cabinet are of lower quality, typically a white coated wire.

See, that’s what gotten under my skin so darned bad. The way we currently look at productivity is so simplistic (and maybe with our system, it has to be). It amazing that we can get over out issues and move onto the bigger questions. These social issues really should not be an issue, and the fact that so many people decided that their hill to die on while we can accomplish so much more is absolutely ridiculous.

Usually, in vehicles that have a hatchback style trunk (with an open seat back) you will find the anchor on the back of the seat and sometimes in the ceiling (for the middle seat position). If the trunk is closed, you typically find the anchor spot behind the headrest. I know you will be tired, but installing the seat properly is very important. If the person picking you up doesn’t know whet to find the anchors in their vehicle, ask them to look it up in their manual as soon as they can.

The Gallardo is available with a 5 Litre V10 setup and the only one with the option of 4 wheel drive to give ground hugging handling on the road and the track and bellows a growl from its exhaust that’s louder than any Ferrari and is also available in the most outlandish colour combinations out there. With 0 100 KPH times quicker than the R8 and the McLaren, it is not the most fuel efficient supercar in its segment but has the feel of ‘passion’ and ‘zest’ which can sometimes lack in even the 458.

For me, it was in reverse. I had a souped up BMW, manual, special color, very tastefully modded, just they way I wanted it, dream car. I was gonna hold out for another couple of years, being that the BMW was the last manual 3 Series brought to the US (an F30), and I only driven manuals, by choice, my whole life (sidebar: I had an Honda Accord, manual, 220k miles that I sold before getting the Bimmer).

Other considerations Be sure to ask your cabinet retailer about things such as replacements, out of stocks, and damages. For instance, if your son breaks a door after six months and you request a replacement door, do you have to purchase an entire cabinet? Probably. What happens if your sink base cabinet is out of stock and you need everything installed next Wednesday? How long will you need to wait for the replacement?

Since trying an electric car in 2013 (a Smart ED of all things) I have never looked back. I am on my 6th electric car now, a Tesla Model S P100D. All the gas cars feel like a different century to me. Nostalgic antiques like steam trains, fax machines, and AOL. Huffing and puffing with all the heat and noise. A Rube Goldberg machine that wastes a lot of resources. It’s not just Tesla. I felt the same way about the Smart ED and our BMW i3. Tesla has just taken it the furthest without the legacy of 100 years of history and existing encumbrances. A true disruptor.
