You know how to pass the slower GT3s because you have experience driving one, meaning you can predict and anticipate what they going to do at a certain moment etc. The races are also 3x the length and include a pitstop, and the guys racing the GTE cars are crazy fast no lie, they some of the best drivers on iRacing IMO.The GTE cars are also a lot, lot harder to drive.

Thank you for pointing this out, had it fail on my last BMW right after warranty expired. The cost to fix was so bad it became the down payment on my model S at the time. Convinced my wife to dump her Jeep and we now left ICE behind never going back. Everyone says I’m crazy and instantly defends BMW when I mention this to them. Hardware Make sure the glides are of a good quality and are soft close (a standard these days). Ask your retailer how they handle requests for broken glides and hardware a year or years down the road. As for hinges, are they self closing? Are they of good quality? The hinge on your door actuates a lot in the course of its life, and you do not want to be constantly adjusting the hinges or replacing them.

They can be done up so nice like you mentioned with the widebody kits. They can be tuned really nice as well. I definitely like mine stock and have no intention of doing any of that. Would like a louder supercar like exhaust I guess but its awesome as it is.

If premium is recommended but not required then you can run whatever makes sense to you. With premium, the engine will make a little more power and get slightly better MPGs but it might still be more economical to run regular because of the difference in price if you don mind losing a few HP/TQ.
