I gotten lenses from eBay, KEH and local pawnshops and have had good luck. KEH is probably the most painless everything I gotten from them has been better than expected. eBay is a bit of a crapshoot since it more or less impossible to evaluate a lens based on a few pics you gotta dig through a ton of feedback and at some point, just hope for the best. At least at the pawnshop you can put your hands on the lens and test it out but selection is limited.

Sorry for the rant, I understand assembly manuals aren the easiest things to come up with from scratch. If they just buy one on a whim with cash they had lying around then I agree, calling it an attainable dream car is just as pointless as calling a Fiesta or a Transit one. The point of an attainable dream car IMO is that it a stretch for you to get it, you have to make sacrifices, but you get the car anyway because it the car you been dreaming of for ages. For one person that might be saving up for years to buy a new sports car. For another it might be buying a cheap ratty version of the car they want and spending their own time building it into exactly what they want. But the point is that they put time and effort into it, because it their dream.
They use the 8 series for marketing reasons it the car they want to sell with that program. This has been brought up many times before. What the point in spending millions on a racing program without a plan to get a return on that investment?Trying to get a favorable BoP? Thats what every team needs to do in a BoP class.
But why go for the Factory Five kit over another company? Well, how about over 10 years of building and developing experience? Or, the fact that it has its own race series? I think the fact they have over 6,000 happy customers should clinch it for you, but if not, how about the $20,000 kit price?
High resale value. A Mini brand car has a pretty good resale value, assuming the car is in great shape and has no problems with it. If and when you decide to get rid of your car, you will earn more back than what you would with other vehicles. I tend to change cars every five years, and while I may not with my Mini, having a high trade in value is definitely a bonus.

Instead, we should have had a much lower required monthly payment and paid over that amount for the difference of my boyfriends car during the 15mo so when he turned his in my payment would have been $400.

Utilising the Chevy platform (Corvette C5 1997 2004), this car needs a few more parts to complete than the other Factory Five kits. If you’re on a budget, you can buy a donor car. If you have a large pile of cash under your bed, how about completely new and upgraded parts and a stock Chevy LS or even the beast that is the Corvette ZR 1 638bhp LS9 engine?

Out of those 21 places, we have 2 you can stop by any day of the week at any time, 2 you can make an appointment for any time during their business hours, and the rest either have monthly/bimonthly/quarterly car seat check fairs. I had to set my appointment 24 days in advance because the children hospital was so booked out. I would suggest figuring out how to get yours checked soon.

For the BMWs, I just not a fan.
