Like a true addict, even when I later successfully got another job with good pay and continued saving 65% of my take home pay so I rebuilt my savings to $100k about 3 4 years later, I jumped back into leveraged ETFs and options trading to “win back my losses” and honestly to regain some of the winner’s high.

The pump on the right, closer to the engine, is for the windshield. A Mini doesn’t need an oil change or regular maintenance done every few months like other cars. Although this is less fun than an RWD sports car, your parents (if you’re still in high school) and insurance agent will probably appreciate it! Another thing to keep in mind is the legendary reliability of Toyota cars.

Lexus LFAOkay, so it might not be the cheapest compact supercar around, but it definitely has been the most striking in recent times, especially when one realizes that this is a car which took almost 9 years to produce since it was conceptualized and that the company which made it was known for its stylish and clinical looking family cars..

The RS and GS models came with a 140 hp Chrysler engine, and the GS Spyder came with a slightly larger (2.4 L instead of 2.0 L) Mitsubishi engine. I love the stylish exterior and it is incredibly fast and fun to drive. Acceleration vs top speed, energy efficiency versus track performance, charge speed versus refueling, they can be electric versions of the gas cars. Deserve. Many people trade in hybrids or other eco cars for these, which do not run on premium.

I thoroughly researched the brand before buying it, and I did not want to write an article until I felt experienced and knowledgeable about what vehicle had to offer. Either way, I’m thinking of possibly a Britax or Radian XT brand for me. I think I need to downshift later as well, too aggressive downshifting wont help with the rear in a RWD.Ok, straight line braking it is! Turbo lag is a problem I think, I don have a clutch pedal (yet).

Sure, you could say it’s faster, and with a higher talent level than F2, but the cars are also much harder to adapt to, there is less relevance to F1 (Push to pass vs DRS, different tyres, only sharing 1 circuit vs all F2 circuits).. The engine was slow and unresponsive, the car taking over 14 seconds to get to 60mph, and it only clocked around 16mpg, less if you used the air conditioning, which you did because of all that glass. The only issue I ever had was the “angry screaming racecar” which attracted too much attention and it wasn suitable for the snow in CO.

I will go over its pros and cons as well as go over the current models offered by Mini.. Another is service. The GT R costs 4x+ per mile vs a P3D(!) But I been pretty good at estimating the operational cost of the GT R so this has been my starting point to understand what the costs of an EV might look like..

I been researching about the F30 328D in North America and I curious what the ownership costs are. We love it. The Bank of England would control Scotland’s monetary policy and interest rates, and Scotland couldn’t do anything about that as it’s not their currency, they just use it.

The guy I got this from was a Dr. in NYC who didn’t need it anymore. Original term 12k/36m. I finish out 24 months on the contract, get the loyalty from BMW and hopefully find another deal. My last car was a 2016 m235i fully speced and I got that for zero down, 450/month and got 3k in security deposits back. Only downside was I had it for only 1 year. Some ppl really just eat the loss. anecdotal but there are unicorn deals to be found.

Drove like a dream. Hated it. Didn feel right, like putting on airs. Also, you eventually be out of warranty and there are a million things that can go wrong with those over engineered cars. Frivolous stupid shit of every imaginable kind. Outrageously expensive parts that come in monolithic increments. Felt like a sucker every time the BMW dealership held me up for outrageous repair costs that only they would do and that would cost 80% less for the same thing on a Ford. Also on the “new vs.

But it not 100% necessary if you a short distance commuter.Anything else you should worry about?Tires. They a little expensive (more than $150 per tire). Make sure the car you buy has a relatively fresh set.Range. This thing is going to get between 60 and 80 miles of range, but you won hit that 80 mark outside of perfect conditions (45mph, good weather, no AC/heat usage, eco++ mode).Realistic “safe” range under real world heavy AC/heat use is going to be closer to 60 miles.

Then enters the ATS, It had 1 owner who put less than 10k miles on it per year and was everything seemed basically brand new. It was in a much better condition, had way more tech, AND it was a few thousand dollars cheaper than the BMW, it was a no brainer. These are the types of cars that I love to buy because they are such a steal on the pre owned market. Now, buying these brand new is a different story but I never do such a thing with most vehicles.

I’ve written hubs like, “Corporate Boards Are Glorified Thieves,” and yes, I know that the word “theifs” is misspelled (hey, even an unskilled political non elite opinion guy like me can be a sucker for a little keyword stuff). Another one I called, “The Jobless Are Not Lazy,” and another one is titled, “Another Example Of An Overpaid CEO,” which is on point about the whole concept of CEO pay, and severence packages which are akin to winning the lottery, but focuses on the exorbitant severence package former HP CEO Mark Hurd enjoyed after resigning his post due to the discovery of falsified expense reports to cover up an affair he had supposedly with a female contractor, and an accusation of sexual harassment.

Does anyone have suggestions for good, fuel efficient winter vehicles? And is owning two vehicles worth it for the large amount of fuel savings (keeping in mind we’re in Ontario where gas/diesel is more expensive, although prices haven’tbeen too bad as of late!) We already spend about $600 a month on fuel as it is, we live in a small town and have to drive 40+ min to get anywhere.

Then get an EVSE. They not expensive. A good one with WiFi for remote monitoring is $500. The electrician work should be another $500 or less. (I paid $200 for a used EVSE that doesn have WiFi, and because I was installing my EVSE immediately outside and below my breaker box, the electrician fee to install the outlet was only $250.) Yes, you can use the included 120V cable, but it isn meant for every day use.

But let assume for a moment that I didnt mind going with Unplugged, MoutnainPass, or any of those other companies. Many of those parts have issues (noise, ride height discrepancies, etc) without offering tested validated performance benefits, never mind solid and established company backing. So sure, there are parts available, but so far the Tesla aftermarket doesn yet offer the kind of offerings that allow the P3D to really shine. And again, OEM tier support is largely missing. Now the community mostly accepted this (they have no choice) but solid packages from established players would be strongly beneficial.

Not to mention with a race, while some factors may be foregone, it also a crapshoot, sometimes you lose for factors out of one control even if you did everything right in theory. But, we see what happen. But it takes more than a season to really have a car do well. But I crazy so what would I know? This is a very closed minded and uninformed comment.

I would be concerned about keeping a nicer car safe being that your beater already got broken in to. I am a sucker for toys of the four wheeled variety, but maybe it would be better to just buy reliable transportation in cash right now and allocate your income to getting your down payment put together to get in to a house (assuming you’re going to continue to live in the area for a while)Car guy here. A civic is nearly as fast (if you not a car person you won notice the acceleration difference), handles better, and has way more luxury features than a 328i. The only two things the 328i has on a Civic is better ride quality and less road noise. If you actually looking for a car that is fun to drive, you can do much, much better for way less money. But seriously, another note on features, the BMW 3 series fully loaded has a serious lack of luxury features compared to all economy brands: Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, and Kia all have more and better features than 3 series BMWs.

This particular kit comes with everything you need except engine, transmission, and paint. It’s designed around a small block Chevy engine, although a large number of engines can be squeezed in there. How about the 5.4l V8 from a Porsche 928 GTS? Coming with 345bhp, this thing will fly, and that’s before you start tweaking the engine. 500bhp is attainable!

This problem started for me on Monday, but was resolved yesterday. When I started my car after work and tried again to add a new CarPlay device, the option was unavailable. I rebooted ConnectedDrive by holding down the volume button for 40 seconds, and after rebooting, CarPlay was available when connecting a new device. FWIW I had been doing this every day since the system failed on my way to and from work, and CarPlay didn actually become available for me until yesterday afternoon.

It could be a BMW thing. I have heard BMWs are some of the hardest to get a good install in. Was he installing it in a side seat and not the center? No car seat is safe to be installed in the center of a BMW (sedans I know for sure). The European sport style seats are not compatible with a center installation. For us, the seat just moved more than he would like, so we are getting help. When meeting with a CPS technician, they ask that you have installed it to the best of your ability ahead of time and they will check your install and help you learn about a proper install and your seat. Our appointment is an hour long and it covers our seat installs and complete car seat safety.

You’ll also notice that they will haul away a newer car that they find broken down on the side of the road, while a junker might sit there for weeks before it is hauled away. the new car will go to impound, and the junker goes straight to the junkyard. Unless someone claims it.

Ferrari, unlike its competitor Porsche, has a problem selling cars in China, the world’s largest automotive market. Just 8% of the 9,251 Ferraris delivered worldwide in 2018 went to China. The largest market for Ferrari is Europe, where 45.7% of cars were delivered in 2018. The Americas accounted for 32.4% of Ferrari sales versus 7% for China last year.

I didn do that but I was probably one of the lucky ones to have a paid off car and financial security without having considered it back then. Should you? Depends on your goals, but I say no. Buy a more modest used car and wait a few years before splurging on a BMW.Take advantage of the low cost of living, live frugal the first few years, and build a nice nest egg, money for a house, or other goals down the road.

2 is even harder, because cheaters never admit they cheated. You not going to be able to interview them, because they either going to clam up and say “no comment,” or they keep insisting they didn cheat. Maybe that why there has been so little written on it. I did read an interview with Eddy Hellebuyck where, years after the fact, he admitted that he been doping. But that was kind of different in that he was a world class runner making a living off of running, and was doping instead of course cutting.

1. Ultima GTR720The UltimaGTR720 isn’t just fast; it’s one of the fastest cars in the world! How does 0 100 0 mph in 9.4 seconds sound? Well, that time is a couple of SECONDS faster than a Ferrari Enzo! If that’s not good enough for you, how about it being a sub 10 second 1/4 mile drag car!

For instance when I am in maps through a hot click from a notification in the music app, from the app POV I am still on the music screen which messes up the one click navigation from the buttons next to the controller. On these lines, I was driving my son’s roadworthy, licenced and MOT’d but very scruffy car near my home and got pulled over by a rude aggressive arrogant wanker who strutted round and round the car trying to find fault, examined all my documents to try and find fault and eventually gave up and ‘let me off with a warning’ for nothing!

What About the Oxygen Sensors? It’s possible but highly unlikely that P0171 and P0174 codes are the result of faulty O2 sensors. If O2 sensors are causing both P0171 and P0174 banks to report a lean mixture, that would mean that both O2 sensors are misreading the amount of oxygen in the exhaust. Not a likely scenario. Also, the computer will run validation tests on the readings of the O2 sensors before looking at fuel trim adjustments. Only then would a too lean mixture be returned and logged as a fault P0171.

The second generation MR 2 (1989 1999) had very different styling and has been called a “poor man’s Ferrari” due to some aesthetic similarities between the Toyota and Ferrari’s 355/348. The US received two engine options: a 130 hp 2.0 L naturally aspirated I4 and a 200 hp turbocharged 2.0 L I4. For 1992 3, Toyota changed the suspension geometry to reduce “snap oversteer” which made the car safer to drive quickly and on the limit. If you’ve got experience driving sports cars and are looking for a car with a real edge to it, try to find one from the few years before this change. If you just want to be able to corner quickly and not make a fool of yourself, definitely look for a later version with the more forgiving handling. This is, for most, the best of the MR 2 generations to buy because it is newer, more powerful, and better looking than the first generation, but less expensive than third generation models. You’ll probably be looking at 5 12k for pricing, although there is always room for variation with individual cars. The turbos are going to be harder to find unmolested and will be more expensive, but if you can find the right car, it’s going to be much faster and more fun to drive than the still spectacular NA version.

Do not get me wrong, on two occasions as a youth I was whooped upon and jailed and then released without charges as a youth. I was known, due to sports, but I also wrote and distributed an underground newspaper with forbidden information back then clean needles, contraceptives, petitions for all kinds of things, family planning, locations for anti war demonstrations. And I wore my hair pretty wild for a backwater town.

So is that worth it to you? There no right answer to that; it fine if that is worth it to you. But that how you have to look at it. Saying this would be more reliable than my Ranger (which you not doing) is just denialism. It not real. You could rebuild the damn Ranger from scratch for less than what you lose on the BMW. If you do it I would suggest paying it off as quickly as possible. Definitely do pursue the credit union route and try to get a better rate, possibly with a shorter term.

If you have a 2006 BMW X3 and you find your windshield washer fluid light keeps coming on, even shortly after you filled it up, you probably have a washer fluid leak. What’s more, it might not be a crack in the washer tank itself. These cars tend to spring leaks in the washer pumps and/or the grommets that hold the pump in the tank. I had mine filled and less than a week later the low fluid light came on. Indeed, the fluid was leaking out slowly, so slowly in fact that it was never reaching the ground because it was evaporating under the hood.

Door styles As indicated above, you are generally limited to the 6 8 door designs that are in stock, and you must take them in the color they come with. There is no allowance for glass doors on any cabinet. You have to choose from a small assortment of wall cabinets that are able to accept glass. Wainscot panels for backs of islands are generally not available, so you must use either standard door panels or plywood. Doors always come hinged one way. If you want the door hinged on the other side, you need to flip the door over. This is no big deal except with cathedral door designs where there is a distinct left/right. In these cases, the manufacturer supplies plastic plugs to fill the unused hinge holes on the non hinged side of the door.

Our newspapers, the internet and our televisi

Our newspapers, the internet and our television and radio programming are full of stories about the latest fallen hero who did not live up to our unrealistic expectations of them. We view ourselves as so imperfect that when those who we esteem to be perfect fall we show them no mercy whatsoever. The truth is we all have things that we excel at or have the potential to excel at. We all have certain innate attributes and abilities and our own way of manifesting them in our outer realities. That some of us chose to assign our power away through our reluctance to be known and to take responsibility for what we know is a matter of choice. However, when we do so we also give over control of our own lives and assign it instead to the hero of the moment.

I want to have an idea of what to have my husband look for, for my 2005 BMW 3 series sedan. Also, I’m thinking of POSSIBLY getting 2 car seats, to easily accomodate hubby and I. He has a Lexus E class 300, which is a lot roomier than mine and shouldn’t be too hard to get a seat for.

I mean following your reasoning a couple of years ago I could have said my “attainable dream car” was a piece of shit 1999 four cylinder Accord, because I only had like $1000 to spend on a car and I wanted a station wagon and it was all I could afford. Do you think it would be cool if I made a post gushing about my “attainable dream car” in the title without specifying what it was, then go on to talk about this shitheap no one cares about?

4. Make sure the soft foam seal is at the top and the longer paper part of the filter is down. The foam seal should seat easily into the bottom half of the airbox. Close the top half of the box making sure the seal all the way around is seated properly and not being pinched or crimped anywhere.

2. Factory Five Racing Type 65 DaytonaThere aren’t many cars that are more beautiful than the AC Cobra, but this is one of them. Based on the super rare, race spec only 1964/1965 Shelby Daytona, this is a stunning kit for those wanting something a little special and rare. They only ever built six originals, so there aren’t too many floating about.

Bridging the GT only and LMP/GT series is the fan favourite Japanese Super GT series. Super GT features the aforementioned GT3 category (known as GT300), with some custom cars thrown in the mix, such as the infamous Toyota Prius Racer. They are very fast and very exciting to watch, and feature cars from Nissan, Honda and Toyota/Lexus.

The Gallardo is available with a 5 Litre V10 setup and the only one with the option of 4 wheel drive to give ground hugging handling on the road and the track and bellows a growl from its exhaust that’s louder than any Ferrari and is also available in the most outlandish colour combinations out there. With 0 100 KPH times quicker than the R8 and the McLaren, it is not the most fuel efficient supercar in its segment but has the feel of ‘passion’ and ‘zest’ which can sometimes lack in even the 458.

“And we recently in our rebranding event announced a partnership with BMW. Actually we are working with on a project with them right now and it going to be finished probably around in April or in May and BMW is going to announce the details of that project later in the next two or three months.”

The Verdict: The Mitsubishi Eclipse is a great Japanese sports car with a variety of solid engines, and a number of different body styles to suit different tastes. You can get a coupe or convertible, FWD or AWD. The Eclipse isn’t a hardcore “driver’s car” like some of the cars that follow in this list, but it’ll be a hoot to drive and is not completely impractical.

On a side note, the best one that I’ve seen so far was FAB’s 120k Etihad miles after 10k dirham spend within 6 months with no annual fee the first year. Catch is that if you cancel within 18 months, you pay AED2500, which is still a good deal. It’s effectively round trip in business to London on Etihad.

Idea 8: Teens Make Money by Buying and Selling ItemsIf a teen or child is a thrifty shopper, this might just be the job for him or her. This gig requires a passion for shopping, the ability to know which things people will want to buy, and the ability to find steals and deals. The items can be found in several thrifty places such as:

This will help you getting a better feel for the car balance, know where the limit of the grip is and you might even find a better/faster line down the track.Secondly, the most of the z4 weight is in the back, so that why it so happy to throw that beautiful fat ass around like it some Shaquina from the hood.

Raiola presents the proposed contract. The bidding clubs balk at the terms. Several clubs say to Raiola that they instead offer de Ligt a top 10 center back salary with no annual increase, and by the way they increase Raiola agent fee to 25m euros. Anyone that played FM knows this strategy well.

For the past month or so I’ve been on a bandwagon about money, elitism, thieving corporate boards of directors, wayward politicians, and the just plain teeming arrogance from the top looking down at the rest of the population as bottom feeding, low life, underperforming, unskilled, and just plain worthless piles with their hands out, to put it very bluntly. I’ve tried to make my point this way and that way, and every way but Sunday. And really, in all I’ve only probably served to overcomplicate the matter at hand.

NEVER. Is that worth something to you? Certainly is to me, and to my wife too who hates gas stations. So now, we already not comparing apples to apples since in the ICE you HAVE to always stop at a gas station, unless you produce your own gas at home (har, har).

If essentially the same opinion gets reposted it automatically mean it not an unpopular opinion (within the context of the sub). It WILL get removed. If your opinion is about a ongoing event, there will usually be a mega thread where you can discuss there. Attempting to evade this rule may result in a temp or perma ban.

What was the idea of this special regulation? Safety (it doesn matter if you think system xy is save or not). Background: if you want to change the lane, you must be sure to see far enough behind you. Talking about the german Autobahn delta speeds of 100 kph (27 m/s) are possible. To make a save lane change you need about 3 4 seconds. So it nice if a camera can, under ideal condition, see 100m. Under many other conditions it would just not be save to start a lane change. Etc etc. I think you can see where this is going. Same applies for hands off, fail safe, steering availability,.

You in LA, in addition to the high monthly BMW lease payments, the $500 annual car registration fees, mandatory $2k/year full coverage car insurance, higher premium fuel usage at $5/gal, replacement runflat tires at $1500 a set, BMW $900 lease acquisition, $500 lease turn in fees, extra miles charges, and “outside the norm wear tear” costs at lease turn in will eat you alive.

I think that what people are miffed by. People talking about their “attainable dream car” could be talking about something interesting or uncommon that they been looking for and saving towards for years (good), or just a pretty standard hot hatch everyone already knows about or even a fucking passenger van apparently (bad). The term kind of looses all meaning when people just slap it on a car that they bought because they liked it and could afford it, not a car that is actually aspirational to most people. It doesn even need to be expensive to be aspirational, it could be something unique and uncommon like a rare older model that hard to find or someone importing a car they wanted as a kid but was never sold in their country, but a Fiesta and a Transit? It just a bit lame IMO, and opening a post talking about dream cars in the title only to find out it referring to those two is pretty naff.

Australia has one of the lowest up takes of EVs partly because there currently little to no incentives for buying them. Australia is probably as close as it gets to a level playing field across the technology mix, and BEVs just don make sense (the new Hyundai Ioniq EV commands a 15k AUD premium over the hybrid version, for example, and with our current energy production mix, don make as much environmental sense as they do in other countries either).

Decide what car seats you want before you buy the car. That way you can actually take a seat with you and install it and test it out in the car. Much easier to fit the car to the seat than the seat to the car (although it’s ok either way). Check out leg room most infant seats take up a decent amount of front to back room because of the recline needed for an infant seat.

A friend of mine had two Grand Nationals, and they were incredible cars. Both were stolen and subsequently wrecked. I’ve had an ’84 Camaro that I built up from nothing and an ’04 GTO (my first car was a 1980 Jeep Wagoneer), but I think my true interest remains in the pre ECU General Motors muscle cars.

Idea 6: Children and Teens Can Sell Unwanted Clothes, Toys, and Other ItemsWith the parents’ permission, children and teens can sell unwanted items. This will usually require parental supervision and guidance. While this may not be a business opportunity for young children, it’s a great way for a teenager to earn quick cash.

I not making excuses for anyone. My point is that Heroes of the Storm failed in the market, and there are consequences for that. Starting to wind down a failed game after 4 years of trying to make it work does not mean Blizzard is full of corporate dipshits deserving of a mass boycot.

For your $20K budget you can pick up some real clean examples.Good Luck! For that price and 30 seconds on ebay, I’d go for this mint 1978 911 SC for $13KOr for something a bit newer and more powerful, this 1987 911 Turbo looks good for $17KThose choices aside, I’d only be looking at a classic 911 because there amazing fun, beautiful and because there are a lot of them, they are either mint or a little knackered but cheap! Plus lots of replacement/aftermarket parts.I’ve written a hub on Porsche’s, I won’t link 바카라사이트 to it on here for fear of getting reported, but have a look on my profile.I like the idea of an early Porsche too.

As with its Race Car Replica sibling, this one is a near complete kit. All you need to add is engine, transmission, and battery. Once again, it comes in at $44,000. Engine choice is once again varied, although they recommend either a Chevy LS engine or a twin turbo Lexus V8 set up. You can pick these up cheap. The all aluminum construction and standard forged internals make this a great engine if you fancy 1000bhp. FAST!

Images with SnapChat text added are allowed, as long as all UI elements have been removed. Please view our wiki for suggestions of where these submissions can be offered. There are actually videos that help you learn the technique. It significantly easier with the top off, but manageable with the top on. Getting out is more difficult than getting in, especially for a fat guy, as gravity works against you. What I do to get out is swing a leg out, use my hands to push up on the sides of the seat to hoist my butt up onto the sill, then swing my other leg out and stand up. Once you mastered it, it looks very casual. I actually had someone that saw me do it remark that it was the most graceful exit he had ever seen from an Elise.

You know how to pass the slower GT3s because you have experience driving one, meaning you can predict and anticipate what they going to do at a certain moment etc. The races are also 3x the length and include a pitstop, and the guys racing the GTE cars are crazy fast no lie, they some of the best drivers on iRacing IMO.The GTE cars are also a lot, lot harder to drive.

I would prefer to buy an infant seat (carrier?) with two bases, but I don’t know what’ll fit back there. Preliminary research suggests the Chicco Keyfit 30 might work but it doesn’t look that much different from the rest of the brands? Is the only reason it fits because the handle can be positioned up?

After five or ten minutes of gently trying to persuade this piece of crap on wheels to navigate the icy road I give up. I reverse it into a passable imitation of a deliberate piece of parking it’s off to the side of the road, no longer blocking it and there is no hope of driving it anywhere or putting it back on her drive.

Idea 3: Kids and Teens Can Edit Photos to Earn MoneyKids these days have the advantage of knowing how to use certain tools on the computer that adults don’t have the time or knowhow to use. For example, there are many different photo editing programs available, and many teens, preteens, and even younger children are widely using them. Kids can edit photos for friends and family members to earn quick cash.

So I hate to do this because I tried to use this exact argument as to how it not so much Tesla leading the charge into a BEV future, but governments, but so far (unless something had changed in the past 6 months) none of those countries have any sort of signed and ratified legislation those dates are just promises/pledges. Maybe they will happen, maybe they won It likely depend on the feasibility of actually banning ICE/PHEV vehicles at the time. I suspect those who set 2025 dates will push those back. I suspect those who set 2040 dates might be ok. That said, 20 years of more PHEV and less pure ICE is absolutely a good step and absolutely part of the solutions.

They are released now because politics are slow. The law will always be behind the tech in general. As self driving or even driver assistance like AP or AEB systems advance, the politics realize that they should make some regulations to protect the costumer and make sure that the systems can be trusted (from the politician point of view). I don agree with everything they decide but all the regulations will hit every OEM in the coming years.

Currently, the i3 has been sitting in the sho

Currently, the i3 has been sitting in the shop for 3 weeks waiting on warranty parts from the mothership the heating system leaked coolant on the primary high voltage cable. While it was still driving as normal, it had an ominous warning of a drivetrain malfunction that “should continue to drive; yet get service soon”

Finally this car gets better with age. OTA updates have added, games, better braking, more range, more power, faster 0 60, better autopilot, new features to autopilot, dash cam, car security, sentry mode, etc. FOR FREE. It has practically 0 m,iantance and will cost about 55% less over 5 years to own and drive this car. I honestly dont know why anyone would pick something else really. Get more, pay less, better experience, better for the environment, will always get better. No brainer imo

“When one is in the game low impact” this is a subjective matter. Yes there are bad CVs, but there are also hordes of DDs that sit broadside in smoke, charge into caps covered by radar/hydro, cruisers that sail broadside, BBs that park 23km away, etc. I would strongly argue that even bad CVs are highly impactful, because your team is so badly crippled if the enemy CV is average or better.

I never said it isn When people mention saving on maintenance costs they don say, “has less cost of maintenance when compared to it rivals.” They say, it an EV with less parts so it has less maintenance than an internal combustion car. That just isn the case. People think that a Tesla will be cheaper to operate and maintain than ANY other car, that isn true. Is it cheaper than some? Absolutely.

Your Guide to Getting Your Vehicle on the Road in GermanyThe third item on my bucket list when I landed in Germany, immediately after finding a food source and securing shelter, was getting the means to exploit the autobahn to its full potential. Well, maybe that is an exaggeration, because one would need a Ferrari to accomplish that. A fair clarification of that statement would be: I intended to find something that moved me from A to B with four wheels, would accelerate with fuel in the tank and resembled a car to a sufficient degree as not to attract the attention of the Polizei.

Is that an extra Rainier or the one in YOUR SUV? If it’s in your SUV and you are happy with it there, just leave it be. My DS (dear son) was 46″/46 on his 5th birthday, and I harnessed him in a Frontier till 6.7 yo (49″, 55). Then I moved him into a Diono Monterey.

1 is honestly going to be a tough one. There were comments on the LA Times article to the effect of “he wasn winning prize money, so why does anyone care?” People who don competitively do amateur endurance sports really have no idea how much it does matter to those of us who do them.

Hi! We just had our second baby this week and have unfortunately discovered that when our Chico keyfit 30 (behind passenger side for our newborn ) and FF Graco headwise (behind driver for 3 year old) are installed (putting any of these seats in the middle is impossible, unfortunately, both installed with latch) an adult passenger cannot fit in the middle of both our 08 Honda Civic and 06 BMW X3. We suspected that this would be the case with the civic, but very surprised with the X3 is of course a bigger car and which we use most often and take on longer trips.

For me, it was in reverse. I had a souped up BMW, manual, special color, very tastefully modded, just they way I wanted it, dream car. I was gonna hold out for another couple of years, being that the BMW was the last manual 3 Series brought to the US (an F30), and I only driven manuals, by choice, my whole life (sidebar: I had an Honda Accord, manual, 220k miles that I sold before getting the Bimmer).

They use the 8 series for marketing reasons it the car they want to sell with that program. This has been brought up many times before. What the point in spending millions on a racing program without a plan to get a return on that investment?Trying to get a favorable BoP? Thats what every team needs to do in a BoP class.

While I am sure there will be mark ups on this car initially, I don think they will last if you willing to call around. The previous GT4 was only fetching $5 10k over initially. Porsche already said this isn going to be a limited production car and can be built on the same line as the 911 instead of taking up space on the normal GT limited capacity production line.

This step is easy! You will need all of the paperwork above, your license and your passport. You can find the nearest Kraftfahrzeugzulassungsstelle (car registration office) at the link available at the bottom of this article. When you are there, you will choose your registration plate and afterwards you will need to get it made. However, the folks at the registration office will give you all the assistance you need.

That gave me the opportunity to be more tolerant and appreciate people for what they are.I used to work in an academic institution, taught college students and conducted social researches.Join HubPages, where you can write about a topic you love for free! There is also the IMSA Weathertech Sportscar Championship, which features GT3 (think GTE but slightly slower and more), GTE (known over there as GTLM), LMP2, and a category called DPi, which features modified LMP2s with new manufacturer aerodynamics and engines. Current DPi include Cadillac, Mazda, Acura/Honda and Nissan. ELMS features LMP2, LMP3 (smaller LMP2 with a very powerful Nissan V8) and GTE, while AsLMS features LMP2, LMP3, and a mix of GT3, GT4 (an entry level category) and spec cup racers (Porsche Cup being the most popular of these). Both these series primarily compete in 4 hour long events, however starting in their upcoming season, AsLMS will contest a 6 hour race at Australia The Bend Motorsport Park. ELMS doesn race again until Barcelona in July, while AsLMS doesn begin their season until a 4h race at Shanghai in November.

There is, of course, an argument to be had about how automatics outperform manuals nowadays. This is usually true! But the real issue for manuals falling out of favor on many supercars is that the demand just wasn’t there. And, truth be told, plenty of Lambos and Ferrari’s get sold to people who simply like them as status symbols. These people typically do not care to drive stick either.

Makes sense, I never thought about that. What would you recommend between the Merc and the Audi?So in your option I should do a season in the GT3 cars, and then move up to GTE after that?Yep. The experience you gain will be invaluable. You may even get up to Class B in that time and be able to race in VRS Sprint/Endurance, which is a GT3 only series, and intensely, intensely competitive.

We really need to be able to have an adult able to ride in the back as we have a foreign exchange student living with us who needs to be able to come along for family outings and also have found from experience that having an adult in the back with baby to sooth, give a bottle/binky etc is essential to making longer car trips tolerable/comfortable (which we take often).

But, here the thing. You could buy a BMW M3, Fiesta ST, Focus ST, VW GTI, Golf R, Civic Si, Civic Type R, WRX, STi, used Lancer Evo, etc. and it would STILL meet your needs. A 4 door GTI isn harder to park than a 2 door GTI. It will probably work BETTER when you want to carry dogs, groceries/errands, and other “utilitarian and not overkill” situations.

After pulling out the first sensor and seeing the date of 1999, I knew this thing was rotten like an outhouse. So, like anyone else trying to save a buck in this economy, I went to the World Wide Web and found my solution: I just had to soak this bad boy in gas for a few days and it would run like new! Nope! Fail. Maybe it works for some, but it definitely did not work for me.

So it basically like a corolla in a bmw shell the way I look at it, you are only paying for a nice interior and a bmw badge on it. I just don see the point in buying a performance luxury car if it not sporty. It like buying a new Challenger opting for the v6 instead of the 5.7 or 6.4 392 for an extra 5 6k.

The AMC Pacer ArrivesWhen I first went to North America aged sixteen in the summer of 1975, my parents and I were met at Toronto airport by my Dad’s cousin, the wonderfully craggy, frail, chain smoking Cliff and his trusty 1965 AMC Rambler Cross Country. When we returned the following year Cousin Cliff had suffered a series of heart attacks, had a triple bypass operation, was still smoking and had ditched the Rambler for something he referred to as his “moon buggy”; the amazing bubble on wheels that was his brand new beige AMC.

The media would have you believe Tesla is in trouble. The reality is the situation is dire for other car manufactures. They are years behind, they are struggling to get batteries and the batteries they get are sub par. They don have the numbers to train a neuronet the way Tesla can. Tesla has created a drop in sales for most auto makers many 10% loss and growing. Service centers and charging are growing by the day and the competitions charging options will leave customers stranded.

They don have ABS or TC and they much faster, plus they harder to set up. If you only have a little experience in the Ferrari GT3, I would recommend buying the Merc or the Audi and racing those in IMSA GT3, then progress up the ranks into GTE. The experience you gain will be worth it.Real racing drivers don jump the gun on what they race, so we sim drivers shouldn either, right?Hmm.

There also Nikon 70 200/2.8 AF S lenses of course, but, of course, they more money too. The 80 200/4 AF S VR is also very good I have that one at work and if you know you never need/want f/2.8, it is worth looking at. The old 80 200/2.8 AF S was very good but they all had motor issues and there were no parts to fix them anymore so unless something changed, I avoid them. There also the 80 200 AF D but that a manual focus lens on your D3500. If you need even more reach, there the 200 500/5.6 VR. I let someone else give you the rundown on the other 3rd party lenses and there all sorts of options if you want to spend a lot of money on lenses.

Kids Need Money, Too! Simple Ways Kids Can Earn MoneyFor all of the awesome kids out there who have a little 바카라사이트 extra spare time and an entrepreneurial mind that seems to never rest, these achievable money making ideas can help them to not only earn some extra hard earned cash for that epic bowling alley birthday party or glamorous night out to the movie theater, but help them broaden their young minds for the bright future ahead.

Luxury cars just don have the appeal to us that they used to. I don need the shit I thought I used to need, and I don even really want it. Seems like the cost is exponentially higher for a moderate amount of luxury features. There just isn any value there, but I guess that really isn their goal either. But thank you, and noted.

I lusted for BMWs for years. I was this kid, albeit with BMWs (and also Porsches, but also mainly BMWs). And I still remember exactly where I was the moment I first knew I wanted one: July Long Beach Island, NJ, playing mini golf just off Long Beach Boulevard, when a Estoril Blue E36 M3 tore past. I was hooked. Or rather, “truly afflicted.”

London made a cunt of it because they wanted to control our resources and the money. The SNP (and by extension, the rest of Scotland, post independence) won’t be giving two fucks about not being in a currency union with England. Scotland will control her own currency and have full control, or will adopt the Euro and have a significant amount of control due to her enormous natural resources, which the EU will be welcoming (in either case) with a red carpet and all the sexual favours the mainlanders are known for enjoying, meanwhile England will have blue passports and the use of human faecal matter for currency because the Sterling will have plummeted past it on its way to oblivion.

He suddenly does a U turn, and gets right behind me. So, I said, you want to play games. I slowed down to 40 in a 55, and he follwed me for quite a ways with no lights, and finally pulled over to the side of the road. I looked in my rear view mirror, and he turned around, and headed back up the road still going the wrong way with no lights on.

13) Bernie Sanders. Wide candidate debates pretty much exposed Bernie as, well, outdated. He couldn keep up, fought with the moderators, evaded questions, and defaulted to his grumpy grandpa stump speech. His ideas aren special anymore now that everyone has taken them. He all finger pointing and criticism and relishing on the past and overselling past accomplishments. I want solutions and path to solutions, not empty vague promises. “I had that idea first” is not an acceptable platform and it far less preferable to the current candidates who have taken his ideas and actually made them reasonable and actionable. It evident his success in 2016 was more from being not Hillary than from his own strengths.

Concepts like that should be easy for anyone who had a job to see. Just look at the efficiencies at your workplace and calculate how much time is wasted. Now apply that to the entire economy and see why our problems are not solvable by a one sentence economics strategies pushed by basically every candidate ever.

Plus, I’ve had a fascination with all things

Plus, I’ve had a fascination with all things German for quite some time. German was my college major for a couple years, back when I thought of being a UN interpreter. I have (or had) family living in Germany, and I have backpacked through the cities there. I thought I would live there one day. I heard angels sing when I stood in the Olympic Village and gazed upon the four cylindrical pillars of BMW Headquarters in Munich.

BMW Transfer Case Actuator Motor Gear Problem in DetailSo what’s going on inside the transfer case actuator motor? In short, there is a nylon (ie: plasticky) gear inside the motor that is turned by a metal worm gear (a screw). Over time the nylon part gets worn down and stripped and does not turn any more. See the photos.

The Scrappers ship, or the remnants of it, were nowhere to be seen. It must have escaped the conflict, though there was no way to tell if they had managed to land safely or if they were now a scorch mark marring the Martian terrain. That would have to wait for later.

As for make/model recommendations, it’s really such a broad category. Look up safety ratings for cars in your price range. To plan ahead for the future, look for a car that has 2 sets of LATCH anchors you’re going to need a top tether anchor for each forward facing car seat, so you need 2 for twins.

Her later work is more introspective and she has dedicated herself to the Kabbalah more deeply, and taken on the Persian name Esther, or Star. What better name choice for a Leo woman? Madonna has been a leading figure in encouraging women to celebrate their bodies, to refuse to let themselves be oppressed, and to be in control of their own lives. Madonna is considered one of the most influential women in history. His family came from what is now known as Slovakia, but he was born in Pittsburgh, PA, the youngest of three brothers. He was a sickly child, who was bedridden with chorea, a nervous system disease, and this caused him to be something of a hypochondriac. He had a terrible fear of doctors and hospitals. But Andy loved to draw, and to read about celebrities. He was able to combine the two hobbies into a very lucrative career as he got older. Pop art is a visual art movement about celebrity culture and advertisement.

It typically not well recieved in this sub, but I fully support your notion of spending extra on a car. I earn a similar wage in the midwest, and driving my dream car for three years was absolutely worth it. I drive a lot, so I wanted something I enjoy a lot!

Worth noting, these are my guesstimates on two cars I don own so I could be wrong on everything. Funny side note the cost of operation of the Model 3 is laughably lower than my GT R. The GT R costs 4x+ per mile vs a P3D(!) But I been pretty good at estimating the operational cost of the GT R so this has been my starting point to understand what the costs of an EV might look like.

Great gas mileage. Even though these cars use premium gas, it does offer decent gas mileage. I only have to fill up my tank once a month, and that is driving to and from work as well as other places around town. I can do about six to seven hours of solid freeway driving before needing a fill up.

They don’t need to win one Sunday to help sell on Monday. People will buy BMWs regardless and having a winning reputation won’t likely do much to boost sales. Just looking and riding their first iteration of the S1KRR it is very street oriented and friendly bike compared to the rest of the superbikes being sold.Even with current concession perks for returning and new manufacturers, there isn’t a significant enough of an incentive to build a prototype to the standards of Ducati, Honda, and Suzuki right now.

Plus dispatching their drivers to SF is a stupid idea. Sure, you could say it’s faster, and with a higher talent level than F2, but the cars are also much harder to adapt to, there is less relevance to F1 (Push to pass vs DRS, different tyres, only sharing 1 circuit vs all F2 circuits).

Hardware Make sure the glides are of a good quality and are soft close (a standard these days). Ask your retailer how they handle requests for broken glides and hardware a year or years down the road. As for hinges, are they self closing? Are they of good quality? The hinge on your door actuates a lot in the course of its life, and you do not want to be constantly adjusting the hinges or replacing them.

My wife’s cousin, she was spoiled as a child with wealthy parents and was never told no. She was raised believing she was a princess and now she is out of high school and weight has caught up with her in a big way. She is pushing 285 lbs but still thinks she is a princess and wears such revealing clothes. She won’t take hints, my wife has tried to invite her to work out with her but she thinks they are equal and she weighs considerably more than double.

I guessing OP is either not understanding what really took place (most likely), or is not explaining the situation correctly, because it doesn make sense. That exactly why I have little doubt that this first time buyer cosigining with boyfriends is in the wrong, not a franchised dealership of a heavy leasing brand who ultimately has to approve and finalize these deals, and are “on the hook” for everything they contractually enter.

The Audi TT coupe does not have enough driver leg support. I am 5′ 7″ and had gotten used to very comfortable bucket seats in the Infiniti G35. The TT seats are shorter and do not extend far enough forward to provide the appropriate level of thigh support. I’ve 온라인카지노 tried adjusting the seat in every possible position to no avail. I also spent hours Googling to see if I could find seat extenders that would work with the TT and could not find any.

I really am not a vain person. I’m not into status symbols just for the sake of looking like something I’m not. I don’t know fashion and I don’t go to all the hip clubs. But I do appreciate quality, and when I am blessed to be able to buy nice things for myself, then I feel I should have them. My Beemer has been one of those things.

We went through a million options, but basically I have a negative equity of $15000 that would have to be rolled into a new lease, making my payment on even a base model BMW higher than what I am paying now and for a 36mo term instead of my remaining 15mo lease. We looked at doing a buy back of my car instead of a lease trade in, but it was originally so overvalued in our deal that I am still negative the 15000. I listed it on lease trader but doubt that anyone will be interested in this car for that monthly price. They also mentioned financing my car to purchase, but three days after I got the car I was hit and it effected the alignment of the car so I am not interested in this option. We went to another BMW dealer different than the one that originally did the deal and they were shocked at what they had done to us. The only option seems to be for me to keep my car for a few more months and hope that BMW offers a pull ahead program again where they pay 3 4 of the remaining payments to get you into a new car. My boyfriend ended up leasing a new 530e and we plan on using his rebates for the electric car to pay down some of my car, but I would obviously ideally like to find a different way out of this.

I don’t know perhaps this is OK in the states.I think the person who gave the keys can’t have a proper grasp on reality. Here that would be child endangerment, without question and if repeated the vehicle would be removed. The main point I wanted to make, which is why I began by saying I’m not a parent but I have been the unruly child, is you may not be able to stop the desire to drive so you may be better trying to steer it.

Some people will say that you can just go to your fire station or police department. You can’t! It’s best to look it up because it will tell you where you can get it checked, whether you can drop by/if they have a car seat check once a month or every couple of months/if you have to make an appointment. I live in a metro with 2.4 million people and we only have 21 places to get seats checked. Out of those 21 places, we have 2 you can stop by any day of the week at any time, 2 you can make an appointment for any time during their business hours, and the rest either have monthly/bimonthly/quarterly car seat check fairs. I had to set my appointment 24 days in advance because the children’s hospital was so booked out. I would suggest figuring out how to get yours checked soon.

That is how I feel when it comes to historical figures. People want to rationalize that someone like Lincoln could do something good yet still not be a good person just so they can keep him high up on the pedestal. It never occurred to people that the pedestal shouldn’t be there and that we should look at people for the good and bad they’ve done and let individuals come to their own conclusion about their character.7 years ago

Research What These Codes May Mean for Your Make and ModelBe sure to search for other information about these codes that might be specific to your car make and model. There may be other very specific (or common) issues that other motorists have experienced with your car. Just Google the codes followed by your car’s make and model, for example: “P0171 and P0174 Ford Expedition.”

Hard work. Yes. That’s exactly what success is supposed to be made of. Grit and conviction. And I’m thinking, some of those guys who are driving those BMW’s and Mercedes just have to be one of those guys. One of those guys who worked hard, who busted his ass, who got it all done, and who took on the challenge like a matador takes on a bull with grit, conviction, and a bit of risk. If not, any of us busting our asses is for moot. If not, then the idea that hard work pays is a great big lie, and I simply don’t want to believe that. I need to not believe that.

I think AC only is fine, but for me, the i3 isn a primary car it our commuter/secondary car. if lots of miles need to be driven, we drive something else/use different transportation. stopping every hour for 30 minutes would be a shitty experience (and you would have to know the stations exist).

Blancpain GT World Challenge without a doubt the biggest competition for GT3 racers. This series includes several regional sprint based championships (America, Europe and Asia), as well as the Blancpain Endurance Championship, which features 5 long distance races on European tracks, including the Spa 24 hours (27 28 July), which is without a doubt one of the jewels in the crown of GT racing. All races are livestreamed through YouTube.

You have to learn respect for others first. it helps you to become a better person and a person that respects rules.i bought a video that will certainly help him with this but he refuses to watch it at all. his dad and i stopped taking him out for driving lessons until he proves to us he is capable of respect for others and the responsiblity he should be capable of.

In regards to REx, everything will effect range: temperature, speed, number of passengers, interior cabin heat/cool, wind direction, most recent driving efficiency. in my early i3, I can depart for university (55 miles one way) with a full battery charge showing 95 miles (and the REx usually slightly under this for another 85 miles) and arrive at the destination with battery at 10 miles at >56 mph) when it starts at 6% charge. To solve for this, you have to slow down. On most interstates with posted 70 mph, its not safe to be driving 55. My approach has become to assume that the estimated battery mileage will drop considerably over the trip, by 50%, and so the best plan is to finder a public charger at the turn around point. You can run the REx through its 2 gals, refuel and get another 30 miles, but again this needs to be at much less than 70 mph. When you get home, the REx will be screaming at you, hot, fans blowing.

In many ways, it feels like a prototype. If you more like a pioneer, you love this. However that being said, I would recommend buying used with a decent amount of original warranty miles remaining. I don believe my trusty independent BMW shop is able to service so you going to be stuck with the dealer rates and attitudes. In that light, I be careful with the extent of coding on your own just so that you don void a warranty.

No government official ‘deserves’ an expensive car. Many Nazis were also just following the rules! (an exaggerated example, but illustrates my point) If you can’t see the problem with purchasing expensive cars for the sake of appearances, with the majority of the country in poverty, you need to open your eyes.

Eh I just don agree with that. They are elite at one task within a sport. Baseball is very complicated. You could have an athletic freak in centerfield and CC Sabathia on the mound. I believe that CC is top of his class at what he does. But my take is that athleticism is generally a trait that carries to multiple sports. That doesn mean you are skilled at multiple sports but the overall trait of being athletic can help you in multiple sports. A lot of baseball players are not that. They are just incredibly good at fundamentals and technique. CC Sabathia has to basically only throw a ball from point A to point B. Granted he one of the best in the world at that but outside of that what does he do in baseball that makes him an elite athlete? He an elite baseball player but not an elite athlete.

The second system is the mechanical standard. This is a rigid and comprehensive system that is unique bfakn.club to Germany, for reasons I can only ascribe to their culture. Germans simply require excellence in all things mechanical. Before you can register any vehicle (and this applies to registration renewals too), you will need to acquire a ‘Hauptuntersuchung’ (abbreviated to ‘HU’) certificate. This system is overseen by the Technischer berwachungs Verein (TV), a body that exists solely for this purpose. Obtaining the certificate involves a comprehensive safety check of the vehicle by a certified mechanic, covering everything operational on the car. This includes glass, wheels, engine, brakes, lights, chassis and more. The good news is that if a seller can provide you with this certificate, the car should be in reasonable mechanical condition. The bad news is that it almost always uncovers work that needs to be done before the car can be registered. It may sound draconian, but I actually find merit in this system because it maintains a safer road environment. On a peculiar note, you can find the same certification in elevators too. That random fact should give some comfort to those readers who have a fear of elevators descending faster than the speed of an ex pat on the autobahn.

Would you let a 12 year old drive your car?Jump to Last Post 1 15 of 15 discussions (32 posts)My 12 year old recently went on a camping trip with some of his dads friends. While on this ‘camping’ trip the following happened. The old ladys grand daughter was ‘upset’ so the woman gave her car keys to my son and told him to take her grand daughter for a drive.

You say the cars you bought cost you less than you make in a single pay cheque, so I think it pretty safe to assume a relatively cheap car like a Feista or Transit isn much of a stretch for you financially. You also say you would have loved a Merkur or 323 GTX but they difficult to find in good condition and you didn want to deal with the hassle of daily driving an old rare car, in other words you didn want to put too much of your own time or effort into it. It sounds a hell of a lot like the Fiesta was the car you settled for because it was the more sensible and practical option, and I wouldn call the car you buy because it takes less effort than the other cars you wanted your dream car.

Since 2003, Alpinas have been put together on specialproduction lines at BMW’s Munich, Dingolfing and Regensburg plants in Germany and its Spartanburg factory in the US, with every model being sent to Alpina’s headquarters in Buchloe for the finishing touches to be applied. Around 250 employees work at the Buchloe HQ where Alpina has been based since 1970 and it is from there that the Alpina components are shipped to the BMW assembly lines. It is at Buchloe, too, that modelling and prototyping are carried out, engine and gearbox upgrades are designed, specialised parts are made and the in house saddlery workshop produces the cars’ superb hand stitched interiors usingflawless Lavalina leathers.

Warranty should cover it, but your dealer will have to claim it and they will have to make that case to BMW corporate. Stupid. I could have driven it in but they wouldn take it without an appointment. Next time you wonder why BMW service is so expensive realize how they throw money away.

But there was still more to this Cup of extremes. When the teams’ two boats appeared on the water the sailing public drew breath. Two of the biggest, most advanced multihulls that the sailing world had ever seen suddenly changed the mood among Cup followers. At last, the conversation switched from the frustration of complex court hearings, to that of the prospect of a spectacular battle of two behemoths on the water.

When you become a parent, something inside of you fundamentally changes. You don matter anymore. Your child is all that matters. I always thought this was bullshit before I had kids, just something people said because society guilted them into it, but it not. There definitely something that changes. It not to say you can dislike your own child at times or there aren major difficulties in parenting that makes you sometimes wish you just stayed single and celebrate and just did whatever you wanted, but in spite of all that, the feeling remains.

But before getting behind the wheel, I was advised to partake of another service one that enables absolute beginners to experience the circuit from the back of a taxi. It might sound a bit tame, but the Nordschleife “Ring Taxis” are 560hp, 190mph BMW M5 saloons with extra throaty exhaust pipes.

To the best of my knowledge, I am no more of a jerk or sheep now that I have my dream car than I was when I was rocking cassette tapes in my beater. It’d be sort of stupid to assume any different about someone else just because of their car. Why not? Everyone does. It can be fun.

I really like the exterior of the 2010 Camaro and the LS3 is an incredible engine, but seeing a plastic engine cover in a crammed engine bay is so. disappointing.saltposted 9 years agosomeone recently kept saying to me i cant understand it, for a girl, you really like cars.

My take on it? “Productive” to me simply means that everyone can do whatever they want to do, and that with that freedom ideally overall society will be more productive. Maybe there are less engineers than we want, but the ones that choose to be engineers are inspired and creative. Maybe there are more artists than we need and we can really understand their contribution, but hopefully they can contribute in their own way.

That fame for reliability has made BMW motorcycles the default choice of the hard riding tourist for decades; and now celebrated models from the “airhead” era as pre 1995 machines with twin cylinder, air cooled engines are known are steadily rising in value as a growing number of enthusiasts come to appreciate their combination of classic looks, superb engineering and continued suitability for long distance riding.

In 1984, Toyota brought out the surprising MR 2, which was very different from the practical and uninteresting family sedans that made the manufacturer successful. The first generation (1984 1989) was extremely lightweight and featured, like all generations to follow, an MR (mid engine rear wheel drive) layout more commonly found on supercars such as the Ferrari F355 and Lamborghini Countach. The combination of lightweight chassis and perfect front rear weight distribution via the mid engine layout resulted in a car that handled like a champ and didn’t need a huge engine to provide sufficient performance. The 1.6 L inline 4 only produced 112 hp but could hit 60 mph in just over eight seconds.

The way we currently look at productivity is so simplistic (and maybe with our system, it has to be). It amazing that we can get over out issues and move onto the bigger questions. These social issues really should not be an issue, and the fact that so many people decided that their hill to die on while we can accomplish so much more is absolutely ridiculous.

We tried all the infant seats that were suggested as being “good for small cars” none worked till we came across the Cybex Aton. It fits great in my tiny back seat. Not only does the handle stay in the up position for driving but it is actually a good inch or more shorter front to back than the chicco. The base is also hands down the EASIEST to install either either seatbelt or latch. Seriously, I did it 8 months prego in my tiny car and the thing is more rock solid than any other I’ve seen. Also, the fabric is much nicer IMO (in my opinion) and the seat is one of the lightest out there. It also is capable of fitting on many travel system attachments.

People making dream car posts about Mustangs and Challengers and Corvettes are generally celebrating finally getting the car they dreamed of after saving up for a significant amount of time. If they just buy one on a whim with cash they had lying around then I agree, calling it an attainable dream car is just as pointless as calling a Fiesta or a Transit one. The point of an attainable dream car IMO is that it a stretch for you to get it, you have to make sacrifices, but you get the car anyway because it the car you been dreaming of for ages. For one person that might be saving up for years to buy a new sports car. For another it might be buying a cheap ratty version of the car they want and spending their own time building it into exactly what they want. But the point is that they put time and effort into it, because it their dream.

The Jaguar XK R is the second most powerful car on this list with over 500 raging horses under the hood; it looks fantastic and has a supercharger. So why is it so far down on this list? Weight. Despite having twice the engine displacement and 150 extra horsepower, the XK R is 16 seconds behind the TT RS, the next slowest car on the list, around the Nrburgring. Sixteen seconds! What this goes to show is that, like the Z4, the XK R is probably more comfortable going on a spirited weekend drive around the countryside than it is on a racetrack. While this certainly isn’t a bad thing there is definitely a market for GT cars such as this the relaxed driving style of the XK R isn’t going to be enough to get it higher on the list. Although it’s slower to 60 than others on this list, it’ll still plant you into the back of the leather seats when you put the automatic transmission into Dynamic Mode and floor it.

IntroductionBuying your first car can be an exhilarating experience, but it can also be a bit frustrating. Young driving enthusiasts often have a great deal of difficulty finding cars that are both affordable and fun to drive. On top of your budget and the car’s cool factor, its practicality and reliability have to be considered. For example, you can buy a Porsche 944 for less than ten grand, but insuring and keeping the car running will more often than not push the cost of ownership out of range for the average student.

Used” front luxury cars depreciate way more steeply than most. You might want to investigate that a little before buying new. If you like me you could never have enough money to be happy wasting it.Can I ask why you considering the car if you can wrap your mind around it? I love cars too so no typical /r/pf judgment, but if you coming from something like a Corolla why not something in the middle? A $30K Mustang V 8 or even the Ecoboost, a recent $15K used Miata, hell, even a used BMW 340i or the prior gen 335i? Plenty of fun to be had without needing to buy an M3 rocketship that will empty your wallet every time you need a repair.Personally I think you can afford it but if you feeling hesitance already, why not save yourself ten grand, thirty grand, etc.

First said Tesla couldn do it, Next they said no one wants it. Now they have to play catchup from a 10 year lead making them not able to make a competitive car. Honestly other EV makers should be over the moon they can sell any at all. Those poor customers don know how bad of a choice they made by not going with Tesla. For all other automakers the situation is dire and getting worse for them by the day.

That planted the seed of my interest and I was fascinated by them, and just learned as much as I could. Before buying my current car I studied up so I wouldn’t get stuck with an expensive BMW lemon that breaks down! So yeah just researching online, talking to our mechanic oh and I collect old magazines from the 80s and 90s so they have heaps of info in them, just reading up I guess and through experience learned with my own car. Thanks for the question Ashley and best wishes for 2011

My financial situation is not that different from yours, although I have a lot more rental property, much more savings (more than half a decade of frugal living expenses), and a slightly lower income in most years (single, no kids). Was it a financially good decision? Resoundingly no. But it was an investment in the future, not just my personal one, but also ours and a personal statement.

I was spending on average about $400 a month in gas, and Jan I spent $5.46.I would recommend getting an optioned out car. The bigger screen is beautiful, the HK audio sounds great, and although the adaptive cruise isn perfect, I still wouldn get an i3 without it. It made my mundane commute so much more enjoyable.Def go for a test drive.

PP (previous poster) are right though, you almost definitely have to move up to a 4 door for the post infant seat stage (which can come anywhere from 6 months to over a year depending on your babies’ height and weight. We just like every month we don’t have to pay for a new car. We tried some of the smallest convertible rear facing seats out and like PP (previous poster) said, it’s impossible to buckle them in there when you’re bending over. I do a lot of yoga, and I can’t imagine any way it will be possible. So, within a year, we’re probably in the market for a sedan with a big trunk, unless the minivan disease really takes hold.

My financial situation is not that different

I had my F30 328d for 1.5 years and 20k miles. No problems related to the engine, but it only just touching 50k miles now, I would hope it could last that long. 🙂 I wasn interested in the E90 335d because I didn need the power and the fuel economy wasn all that great. I been crazy happy with the fuel economy I gotten so far, my best tank was 52mpg, it was pure highway miles. Around town with mixed driving I get 38 40mpg. I do have alot of sprinter diesel customers with the 3.0 V6 diesel, most of their issues are emissions related and can be very expensive (if they don travel any to Cali, its pretty much mandatory to delete) other then that, the classic throttle petal issues, about $600 to $900 depending on the year, oil issues with over heating (The 3.0 V6 is like the old Jeep 4.0 when it comes to the oil issues, fantastic engine, runs forever, but if it ever goes over 15 20 degrees over its normal operating temperature, there is no forgiveness, that motors done, $9,000 to $14,000 for a new engine) and the timing chain stretching problems.

Absolutely, we are in a totally difference place now or we wouldn’t even be considering the BMW DH (dear husband) had a large increase in income and we’re over half way to debt free. We could buy a BMW cash with the sale of the cars and money we have saved, but would rather not plunge for a more expensive vehicle until we’ve bought a home.

Maybe that where we went wrong. We haven looked at those, just the german ones. That makes sense though, we both drive Japanese cars now and we LOVE them. SO reliable, SO cheap to service, and the luxury features are on par with the 2013 BMW she had (but probably not what they offer now).We also started to rethink how we spend our money too, now that we a little older.

The self winding model is by far the most common one. It is simply a mechanical watch with a mainspring wound by the motion of the wearer’s arm. All the models in Rolex’s Oyster Professional and Oyster Perpetual line Explorer, GMT Master II, Submariner, Sea Dweller, Cosmograph Daytona, Yacht Master, Air King, Datejust, and Day Date are self winding.

You’re 100% correct. I’m just addressing the culture as a whole and how it’s limiting Tesla as a company. All brands have bad apples but in most cases it doesn’t have the kind of impact that it does with Tesla. At least in my opinion. Porsche owners are right behind Tesla owners. In fact, one thing I’ve come to learn since buying the GT3 is that most Porsche owners are Porsche enthusiasts, not car enthusiasts. That’s especially true for the GT cars.

I got caught up in line at Cub today cuz the boy behind the counter didn’t know how to process WIC. One lady got so annoyed at me for holding up the line, she scoffed and went to the customer service desk three feet away and got snippy with the 카지노사이트 lady there. I felt terrible, and it must’ve shown on my face because the next people in line smiled at me and said they understood, they’d been in my shoes and they know how hard times are now. They were a nice older couple, the woman even gave me a small hug and told me to keep doing everything I could for my beautiful son, because that is all a mother can be expected to do. I bawled, and Mar just smiled at her.

Dealership 1 I was on vacation one week and decided to make the two hour drive to test drive a Mini. I arrived at the dealership and felt like I was more of a pain since I wasn’t buying at that time. I was given a short test drive and was sent on my way. That thoroughly discouraged me and I stopped looking for awhile.

June 02 2017EmailTwitterPinterestFacebookDedicated BMW owners always knew. They have long and very happy memories when it comes to the big 8 Series coups of the 1990s, and there was always talk that Bayerische Motoren Werke would revive the Series 8 legacy, reinvent it. Now there is a powerful, beautiful new Concept 8 Series sports coupfrom one of the world’s great car makers.

Luxury cars just don have the appeal to us that they used to. I don need the shit I thought I used to need, and I don even really want it. Seems like the cost is exponentially higher for a moderate amount of luxury features. There just isn any value there, but I guess that really isn their goal either. But thank you, and noted.

If you are a passive aggressive jerk and start games off demanding this or that or take the courier 11 times and flame people for it, consistently make terrible decisions and aren at least apologetic, then yeah reports matter a little bit, because your behavior score will trend downwards and you get lower quality matches with more people like you.

The Coccoro is no longer a great option for multiples/preemies as it now has a 5lb./19″ minimum. (Yes, the website still says 3lbs., but other techs are reporting that new Coccoros are shipping with 5lbs. minimums on the seat and the manual.) Plus, the insert HAS to be used until kiddo weighs 25lbs, which means many kids are reaching the 1″ height limit long before 36″ or 2yo. :/ Combi has been non negotiable on that issue, saying that the seat needs to be turned FF if baby reaches the 1″ limit with the insert.

How the Pacer was ConceivedConceived from the inside out the Pacer was designed to be small but roomy, as the company blurb said, “Because Pacer is the first wide small car, it’s also the first small wide car.” In other words the car would offer the handling and manoeuvrability of a small car while giving the benefit of the interior space normally only found in a large sedan. And it that respect it succeeded.

I mean, at the end of the day there no right answer. But, I will say that the market has spoken. I could buy a Golf R and go enjoy it by myself 96% of the time. The other 3.9% of the time it just me and one passenger in front. And the other 0.1% of the time it can carry people in the back, or dogs, or anything. Mostly no one is buying a Civic Type R just because it a more practical version of a car that can carry a baby seat, lol. They buying it because it the best car for them in their class, and it just happens to have 4 doors. Just because you have the back doors doesn mean that you have to use them.

Furthermore, I’m curious as to how people in Europe and other countries (where the average vehicle isn’t an SUV or larger) get by with their car seats. I’m assuming their “standards” must be much lower because how else would they be able to fit American sized car seats in their small cars?

So, given that, I think ours is an excellent seat and great for ERF. It’s easy to install in every vehicle I’ve e ER tried. The no re thread harness is worth every penny. I love how padded and plush the cover is. I like that it has the good LATCH connectors and not the flimsy seeming ones like on many other seats. No, it isn’t the ideal ERF seat for some kids, but it’s a great seat for many others!

Madonna also filed for divorce from Ritchie in 12/08, although she did adopt another child from Malawi, Mercy James. She also performed in the Hope for Haiti Earthquake Relief Concert in 1/10 to help assist those in need. Madonna performed at the Super Bowl XLVI Halftime Show in 2012, and did an excellent version of “Like a Prayer”, with backup choirs. Her popularity is attributed to the numerous turning points in her own life and the way she has been so honest about them. Madonna’s upbeat dance music is liked by many audiences.

Cars in Germany are subject to three important regulatory systems. If you buy a vehicle that is outside the scope of what the regulations in these systems prescribe, you are left with three choices fix it, sell it or dump it. Since none of those options involves actually driving it, understanding where your car fits into these systems is paramount when purchasing a vehicle. Often, you will come across a very cheap car that at face value seems like great value for money. Be wary when an offer looks to good to be true. Usually, these vehicles have been devalued because they can’t be driven in major metropolitan areas or are otherwise unroadworthy due to the application of these rules.

Some Final ThoughtsThe above cars represent only a small portion of the kit cars and replicas that are available to buy these days. These are however amongst the best and not just because of the car they are, but the amount of time, energy, thought and money that’s spent on developing them. They are truly amazing cars and in comparison to other cars in the same price band, so much better value!

As for impact, the CV is the only class that has such a strong influence on other ships. If there are CVs in queue, other ships have to take the AA fire consumable and equip AA flags. The popularity of DDs has tanked across the board (only 15% in Asia, wow). Other ships like the Zao go from being viable picks to very weak because of permaspotting and lack of good AA defense. Concealment is much less valuable across the board, significantly reducing the disadvantages of some niche builds like legendary Henri.

I kept waiting for a great trade in to come in that some other person didn like and that what happened. I got a BMW 3 series out the door for 26k.I feel like I got a great deal from my research so maybe you can find a deal that great but it is definitely doable I make about 75k a year now and plan on driving it for a long time.

Meanwhile BMW has that plastic aluminum everywhere and the black plastic everything. I’d bet it’s the most plastic of the 4 brands. But don’t take my word for it. The CEO is on the verge of being fired for low profits and the answer has been lower overhead and cut motorsports.
