KEH is probably the most painless everything I gotten from them has been better than expected. eBay is a bit of a crapshoot since it more or less impossible to evaluate a lens based on a few pics you gotta dig through a ton of feedback and at some point, just hope for the best. I think that what people are miffed by. The interior build quality is not on par with a Porsche but it definitely not bad at all.
